Agency-quality software.
A fraction of the cost and timeline.
AI excels at speed, volume and consistency — generating code, testing hundreds of scenarios and handling repetitive work without fatigue. Experienced people excel at judgment, strategy and navigating ambiguity — understanding how your business actually works, making hard prioritisation calls, and catching the subtle issues that only experience reveals. We've built every stage of our process to lean on each where they're strongest.
Our process
How a project runs
From the first call to post-launch support, here's what happens at each stage — and what's expected from each side.
01
Discovery
30 minutes
A call about the problem, not the technology. We challenge assumptions and define a clear direction before anything gets built. If we're not the right fit, we say so on this call.
You do
- Describe how the work runs today
- Bring whoever knows the process
- Say what's urgent
We do
- Ask about the problem, not the tech
- Challenge assumptions
- Tell you if we're wrong for it
02
Scope
2–4 days
We work through the hard prioritisation calls with you: what's in, what's out, what's deferred. You get a written scope, a screen list, a timeline and a fixed price, free and yours to keep.
You do
- Answer a short list of questions
- Decide what's in and what waits
- Approve the scope
We do
- Write the scope and screen list
- Set the timeline
- Fix the price
03
Build
1–6 weeks
You get a working link in the first week and watch it change daily. Two short check-ins a week, no status meetings, no waiting until the end to see it.
You do
- Try the link as it grows
- Send feedback as you notice it
- Two 15-minute check-ins a week
We do
- Build in short passes
- Test as we go
- Flag anything that shifts scope
04
Launch
3–5 days
Testing, your feedback, your domain, live. We hand over the source code and put every account in your name.
You do
- Run through it with your team
- Point the domain
- Give final sign-off
We do
- Test end to end
- Set up hosting in your name
- Hand over code and accounts
05
Support
30 days, then optional
Thirty days of fixes included. After that, a Care Plan or a clean handover to your own developer.
You do
- Tell us what breaks
- Decide on a Care Plan
- Or take it in-house
We do
- Fix defects for 30 days
- Monitor and back up on a Care Plan
- Do a handover call and leave docs
Speed
Four weeks instead
of four months.
Four reasons, none of them cutting corners.
01
No layers
You talk to the people building it. Nothing is relayed through an account manager and back again.
02
AI-accelerated
Scaffolding, boilerplate, test coverage and refactoring are handled by tooling. That's most of what used to make development slow.
03
Proven pieces
Sign-in, payments, permissions, dashboards, email. We've built these many times and don't rebuild them from scratch for you.
04
Fixed scope
A defined finish line removes the drift that turns a three-month project into a nine-month one.

On AI
About the AI part
We use AI tooling every day, and we'd rather you heard it from us. It writes the boilerplate, generates test coverage, catches mistakes and handles the mechanical work that used to eat most of a development budget. That's why a build a traditional agency quotes at four months takes us four weeks.
What it doesn't do is decide what to build, work out how your business actually runs, spot the edge case that bites you in month three, or answer the phone when something breaks at 11pm. That part is the job.
Every line is reviewed, tested and deployed by us. You're paying for judgment and accountability — the tooling is just why it costs what it does.
Ownership
Everything, on final payment
- Source code
- Yours
- Database & data
- Yours
- Hosting accounts
- In your name
- Domain
- Yours
- Licence fees
- None
- Lock-in
- None
The stack is standard and widely used, so any competent developer can pick it up. If you ever want to move on, you take the repository and go — and we'll do a handover call and leave you documentation.
